CUSTOMEDICA COVID-19 POLICY UPDATES AND PHARMACY HOUR CHANGES
Dear Customedica Family:
The staff of Customedica Pharmacy hopes this message finds you healthy and happy. We view each of you as a member of our extended family and we wanted to share some business changes we have made to protect your health and increase convenience during this pandemic.
How we protect you:
We have temporarily closed our lobby to comply with social distancing. We are assisting all customers from the comfort of their vehicles – simply call the pharmacy when you arrive. If you need a supplement, over-the-counter product, or any of our gift items, we will be happy to help you find the right item. Many of our supplements and OTCs have been moved for easier viewing through our windows. Additionally, many of our gift items and supplements can be purchased online – see details in the Online Shopping section below.
We are sanitizing all our workstations and dispensing equipment multiple times throughout the day. Our employees are wearing a face covering.
How we protect our staff:
Staff members all wear face covering (masks) while working. We also monitor employee temperatures and symptoms daily. Any employee with a temperature over 99.9°F or experiencing any symptoms will not be allowed to work. Employees are required to wash hands multiple times daily, as well as using hand sanitizer regularly in-between hand washing.
Pharmacy Hours
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday until further notice.
How we are enhancing convenience during this time
Carside Pickup, Mailing, & Delivery Options:
Call us from the parking lot and we can help you from the comfort of your car. We offer the following delivery options:
USPS - $5 (free if compounded prescription that does not require cold packs)
Scriptdrop Delivery – $7.50 to $12.00 depending on speed of service selected
FedEx and UPS – contact the pharmacy to inquire about pricing (varies based on area and speed of service selected)
Online Refills: You can refill online, check your profile for when your next prescription is due, view your med list and history, and find clinical information on the medications you are taking through our online portal. Account setup is highly recommended for full functionality and easier refills – simply click on the Register option at the top of the page. Accounts need to be approved after submitting the request – if your account has not been approved after 24 hours, please contact us.
Online Shopping: You can shop for many of our OTC items online including our hand sanitizer, supplements, candles, soaps and more. Some of our professional lines do not allow for direct online sales and must be purchased through an online portal, you simply set up an account in that portal and products are shipped to your home.
