GLP-1 Agonist Information

Current Supply:

At this time, Customedica Pharmacy is not able to consistently source commercially available GLP-1 agonist medications such as semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, and Zepbound®). Because of these supply constraints, we are not filling prescriptions for these medications currently. 

Compound Option:

The good news is that we can now compound these medications in-house.  We have been thoroughly vetting the distributors and manufactures of these ingredients and are very confident we have premium quality products.  Currently, we have Semaglutide and Tirzepatide ready to dispense! We typically will mix our GLP-1 medications with vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 has been shown in many studies to help alleviate nausea. We quality test every batch we make through a 3rd party lab to ensure accuracy and consistent results. Furthermore, our compounded GLP-1 injections offer significant cost savings compared to the pharma-branded alternatives.

If you choose to move forward with a compounded product, please download and print our prescription template below.  You will need to have your health care practitioner fill out the form and sign it.  You can also send us a text to fax your doctor a request: Eagle: 208-244-6587 Boise: 208-603-4467. Alternatively, you can call your doctor’s office and request they send us a new prescription for compounded semaglutide. 

GLP-1 agonists are NOT for everyone. Please discuss these medications with your health care provider to determine if they are appropriate for you. GLP-1 agonists are prescription medications and can cause side-effects and uninteded consequences. Please know that only you and your provider can determine if this treatement is right for you.
